Jan 6, 2020 · when you enter Bleak Inlet from the Ravine, move to the right as you move downwards the slope. You should see a lookout tower. Climb it. From there you should see the radio tower. It is not far from the lookout. You cannot reach it from the ground below. You must travel from the mountaintop where you are to access the radio tower.
