Our Commitment. Our Don M. and Margaret Hilliker branch has served the Logan County Community for over 20 years. Located in Bellefontaine, our branch offers a fitness floor, an indoor swimming pool and a studio for classes. It also houses the Logan County Early Learning Center, which focuses on kindergarten readiness for kids.
