Honig began as a small garage winery in 1964 and today has became a successful family business. The Honig Family are leaders on sustainability both in the vineyards and in the winery. A lot of the electricity used in the winemaking process is derived from solar energy. One of their many sustainable farming practices along with the use of bees.
This is our first vintage of Reserve Sauvignon Blanc that is "topless". We've removed the foils from all of our bottles, keeping more than 1 million foils a year from ending up in the landfill.
