The best thing about Eleonora is the low FP consumption so you are save to keep mind at 20.Damage is alright if you're leveling arcane. For some reason its scaling letters are misleading - it has like 50 more damage with 20dex/60arcane as opposed to 60dex/20arcane even though it has C dex and D arcane. And it hits twice per swing, although first hit is like 30% of AR.
