Ensure your desired temperature is just a short distance from the current room temperature displayed on the thermostat’s screen.The flashing "COOL" indicates 5 minute delay. After 5 minutes it should stay continuous cool and unit should come on. the system comes on but short cycles. and then the flashing "cool on" comes back on. thermostat is set to 71, temp is at 77.
