A fellow nurse told me that if I tried to re register and it doesn't let me, that means I passed? So upon leaving the testing center, I tried. So I failed my NCLEX FIRST try. I used UWORLD and was scoring 43-56 percent on all my exams. I was selecting random 75 a day for about a month . So I took the assessment and scored a low chance but I Still went ahead and took the NCLEX since everyone said to not take UWORLD scores so seriously. So I took it and failed in 75 …At question 150 I had 2 mins and 30s left and I felt defeated. I honestly don’t feel like I got half my exam wrong but honestly with the Nclex you never know. This was my 4th attempt.
