I think Monk 1 is a good option to survive in the beginning. Crane Style for Defensive fighting without destroying your to-hit ...Protection and luck domain for buffs. Tristian is a fairly decent off-tank out of the box. The cleric BAB progression means that he should be able to access most of the crit-related abilities (which lend themselves to Sarenrae's favored weapon: the scimitar). Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Focus, Improved Criticals, etc are all good picks.Fighter 20 is the easiest build out there and will get you through anything up to normal difficulty. I'm fairly sure there is a pre-built character that is OP available for this in Kingmaker. That said this Kineticist build by Arcane Adept is able to solo the just about whole game and is ridiculously easy to run. 3.Archaeologist makes a decent Dex-based melee build because they get Uncanny Dodge and rogue talents. For your abilities, go 10-16-14-10-10-16 (before racial mods.) Any race is okay as long as you're getting a bonus to Dex or Cha without a penalty to either of those, but human, halfling, gnome, and aasimar (any of the +cha or +Dex variants.)Go 20 levels of Eldritch archer Magus. Use a bow, wear armor. Still get the two best blaster spells in the game AND you can make a full attack with your bow with it. Its really fun. You lose out on the touch attacks sadly but at the same time you can more easily abuse Elemental barrage. 6. Sorcerer 2: Mobility +1, Use Magic Device +1 , Persuasion +1. Level 2 is the most disappointing level for a Sorcerer, since you get no new spells or feats. This build does give you access to UMD at this level however, so now you can use cleric scrolls if you really need to. Sorcerer 3: Tip: The best weapon for this build is the Falchion after level 6. The ability to crit is very important to proc as many outflanks as possible. Tip: Get heroism spell at Inquisitor level 7. Your playing solo, +2 flat to everything for more than a hour is HUGE. Will help with traps, perception and even story based rolls. All the buff spells. You extend anything at or under 1 minute/level and leave the other 5 slots open for full BAB monsters of your choice. It works really well, better if you turn off the mystic theurge's AI and have him in parked at the dungeon entrance. His input is buffs and non gameplay skills. TBH Flame Dancer is probably the weakest bard archetype. Giving up some good bard songs to be a subpar fire caster is usually a bad trade, but especially in a campaign with a lot of fire-resistant enemies. Even Beast Tamer has its own niche (summoner / buffer) with a unique pets-only song (Inspire Ferocity). Flame Dancer tries to smoosh a bard ....
