NuffinButAPeanut. The Stolen Heirloom shrine quest won't trigger. All quests completed in Kakariko Village. I completed every quest in Kakariko Village, but no matter what I do, I can't get The Stolen Heirloom shrine quest to start. The heirloom is still inside of Impa's home, I've tried talking to the guards outside, but nothing seems to work.
