Not receiving emails.

I have not been receiving a number of important emails in my hotmail account. I have no blocked email addresses/domains, forwarding not on and the emails are not in junk email. It's driving me crazy as I have missed a number of important emails. I still do get some emails, so not sure what the difference is.
