Was wondering on the no cam, if a person has good grip and form, properly spined arrows, etc and get a left or right tear in paper, is the only way to tune it out is by moving the rest? What if you have the rest adjusted to the inside towards the riser and it still gives you a left tear let's say. May 16, 2015 · Mathews NOCAM HTR. LOL! My bow blew up due to the recalled OMP scale. Apparently it bent my riser. My No Cam was so accurate and a joy to shoot and Mathews replaced everything BUT the riser on OMP's dime. Well, the riser was bent. Within a few weeks the bottom limbs cracked and they sent a new set. 2 1/2 weeks later they cracked again.

Jan 2, 2017 · The HTR is a tremendous bow. I consistently shoot it more accurately out to 60 yards than the Halon. The Halon has a better valley, IMO. Both are smooth through the draw cycle, but the Halon stacks quicker. The HTR draw is more consistent with no stacking. If I could only have one bow, it would be the HTR. Like. Actually the HTX is faster. It only goes to a 28 inch draw length so you are comparing it at 28 to the HTR at 30. It's faster because of the reduced brace height. But it is also less forgiving. The HTR is one of the most forgiving and smoothest drawing bows Mathews has ever made in my opinion.
