The way my endo described it to me was since it’s combo gip and glp-1 it won’t hit me as hard as the only glp drugs do. So Wegovy/Ozempic/Tanzeum is only glp while mounjaro is more gip than glp. So it wouldn’t trigger my gastroparesis like tanzeum originally did. I lost 91 pounds in 5 months and almost died in 2018.
