It's working for me too. I have no history of doing fitness, never belonged to a gym, and am middle aged and feeling it. Easing in to Supernatural because it seemed like a videogame worked as a good start. I'm surprised how effective the trainers are; they are very encouraging and I think the VR immersion helps make more of a connection. The Supernatural Companion App is compatible with most Wear OS devices (2.0+), however, we’re currently still testing out specific models and brands to confirm that the HR monitoring is tracking correctly. The new Samsung Galaxy Watch that utilizes Wear OS is one such model that currently on our radar and should be tested very soon.Supernatural is part of my attempts to see if I can get the same workouts I enjoyed without paying a hefty monthly membership fee.
