My own noodle dish with seasoned pork and fried egg rolls was huge. District 1 breaks the stereotype that you can't get really good Pho in a food court/hall...though you will pay for it. It is located in the Windmill Food Hall, and is a must stop if you like Pho and are having a meal with others.
